Return/Refund Policy

 


    By placing an order, customer has read and agreed to our refund/return/warranty policies.

 


Labor

    Labor cost is not included. We are not responsible for any labor cost under any circumstances.
    We are not responsible for any damage occurred during installation.

 


Delays to custom order

    Cancellation due to extended wait are only allowed if no actual progress occurred or no starting dates in sight for at least 4 weeks after the first payment has been received.

 


Returns

    Returns are only available for damaged products or products with major manufacturing defects. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving the product.
    In order to return an item, products must be in original packaging and in unused condition. NO wear or tear. No returns for products with personalized decals.
    A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returned/cancelled custom products. No refunds will be given until the products have been returned safely.

 


Exchanges(If applicable)

    Exchange is only available for damaged products or products with major manufacturing defects. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving the product.
    If replacement part(s) are requested to be shipped prior to the return of the original product, we will temporarily need the full retail amount of the order until the original product is returned.

 


Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Secure packaging and shipping insurance are highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost/damaged goods during return shipping.

 

Warranty Policy

   1 year manufacturer warranty on steering wheel carbon fiber finish against heat cracks. Warranty is limited and does exclude parts which, by their nature or use, are subject to normal wear, or inevitable deterioration (Leather, Alcantara, painted plain weave carbon fiber fade)
    1 year manufacturer warranty on both the LED shift lights and module in case of malfunctioning.
